5. What if the package doesn’t arrive?
If you don’t get your package 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us at contact@luviacamp.com. We’ll either resent a new one to you or give you a full refund.
Refund Policy
RETURNS
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from returns. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be sent to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the order was shipped to you by the gift giver, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know about your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
