Luviacamp’s Nitro Express Shipping® system provides Free-Shipping, Super-Fast! Free shipping on orders over $79, with low-price, flat-rate shipping on Just About Everything else. Some exclusions apply. Additional fees for certain items.

3. Wrong Shipping Information
If you have left the wrong shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service within 2 hours. 5. What if the package doesn’t arrive?
If you don’t get your package 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us at contact@luviacamp.com. We’ll either resent a new one to you or give you a full refund.
Refund Policy
RETURNS
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from returns. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
The refund will arrive within 7 days, if you still haven't received a refund, first check your bank account again.

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the amount of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be sent to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the order was shipped to you by the gift giver, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know about your return.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
